Meet the Team

Originally from Candır (across the river from Dalyan), Sezgin established King Emlak in 2004 with his English partner to provide both high quality new building services and estate agent services. The company has now grown from strength to strength to become the largest and most well known estate agent (emlak) in Dalyan.

During this time King Emlak have built over 50 quality private and commercial properties including the highly rated Hotel Dalyance. They have also sold thousands of properties providing a professional service to both buyers and sellers. Sezgin is also a highly active council member of the Mugla Chamber of commerce.

Leanne came over to Dalyan from Essex in 2013 for a year's break from her career in hospitality and ended up staying! She is now happily married with a delightful daughter. Leanne has made her home in Dalyan (in a house built by King Emlak) and has been an integral part of the team for over 10 years.

Leanne is the main contact for foreign clients both buyers and sellers to help guide them through both the Turkish conveyancing process. From viewing properties to finalising the sale/purchase she is always on hand to provide advice and assistance for any problems or issues you may come across in your property journey in Turkiye. She totally understands that doing business in a foreign country can be daunting but her mission is to make the process as straightforward as possible for you.

Yasar joined King Emlak 5 years ago, married to an English born wife and with three children, his in-depth knowledge has proved invaluable to the team. His role is pivotal in project managing all of our new builds and renovations from identifying the right contractors for the job to quality control of all works carried out. He also manages the pool and garden maintenance team and ensures that all work carried out is to the highest standard for our clients.

Burcu has been part of the King Emlak team for many years. Like Sezgin, she was born and raised across the river in Candir. As well as being the company accountant, Burcu also has extensive, up to date, knowledge of all legislation, regulations and processes to buy, sell and build properties in Turkiye along with all the tax implications associated with this.

Burcu has a network of contacts to ensure she is always well informed and up to date with any legislative changes, ensuring King Emlak always provides a first class service to our clients.
