The bedroom at the rear of the property has a kind sized bed, bed side cabinets and a double wardrobe which will all remain. This room has a balcony which overlooks the rear of the property

 

There is an access hatch and a pull down ladder to access the loft area which is ideal for storing suitcases and occasionally used items. The loft has both lighting and power.
